✷WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE ONBOARDING CALL?

During our onboarding call, you will get your project checklist, establish dates and timelines, share details about your vision, and ask questions related to your business growth.

✷WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We require two payment options:

OPTION 1: PAY IN FULL (Pay full-payment upfront)

OPTION 2: 50/50 (Pay 50% upfront and the remainder mid-way through the selected retainer package)

✷HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE

Our branding projects on average take anywhere from 14-30 business days to complete from start to finish. Our web design packages take 30-60 business days to complete from start to finish. If you select numerous amounts of add-ons, projects may take longer. Our content creation and social media projects are on a per-case basis.

✷WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ME FOR A SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT PROJECT?

To effectively manage your social media accounts, we require your passwords for full access. Additionally, we'll ask you to share content like photos, events, products, or any pertinent materials. Alternatively, you can provide blogs, websites, or videos for content curation. Once you've supplied this content, it will be curated and tailored to seamlessly align with your brand's feed and overall social media branding and content strategy.

✷WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ME FOR A WEB DESIGN PROJECT?

Once you book, we'll set up your private design board, send you our creative client brief, and guide you through everything we need prior to the start of your design & brainstorm week. For website design projects, you must purchase your own domain/hosting, follow our copywriting structure given, and provide professional photography for the site (stock photography can be sourced for an additional cost) or you can hire our team to create it for your project. We also require that you provide a professional branding guidelines package or allow us to create one for you as an additional package fee.

You are required to have ALL content ready one week prior to your project start date. All of this will be clearly outlined for you in your client proposal.

We work with leading website platforms, including: WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, and Showit.

✷DO YOU OFFER WEBSITE MAINTAINANCE?

We currently do not offer website maintenance. Most of our clients make changes themselves as we show them how in the walk-through video meeting that we provide at the end of every project. If you need to make changes to your website often OR if you have a large site that requires timely maintenance, we suggest seeking a VA or retainer-based website designer to help you with that.
